Me and all hotel Dusseldorf Oberkassel, part of JdV by Hyatt has free bikes, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Düsseldorf. Very friendly staff that is always willing to help. We arrived a little too early for check in, but were allowed to drop our suitcases at the reception and go explore the city. Same was after checking out. We received all the help and information we needed. Also loved the hotel aesthetic. I definitely would love to stay here again during my next visit to Düsseldorf.

This privately-run, 3-star hotel is situated in a peaceful side street in the pretty area of Oberkassel, Düsseldorf, only 30 metres from Belsenplatz and its U-Bahn (underground) station. I liked the ambiance as soon as I stood in reception. The decor and attentive staff especially as I was alone and not able to speak German also I'm unaided one sided hearing. The breakfast choices were spot on catering to all and staff are all attentive to everyone's requirements without being intrusive.All over the hotel is great quirky art and outside too. Local area is safe to walk around and has plenty of choice of shops etc. I found it so easy to travel around alone on train/trams and ate in local restaurants. I was fortunate to meet and chat with the manager outside of the hotel,not know his role. He is clearly proud of the hotel his parents created for him to put his stamp on it with bringing in technology systems to keep everyone safe without curfews etc. Lenord will keep the hotel fresh and move with the times. Just 50 metres from the River Rhine, this hostel is set in a striking building overlooking Düsseldorf’s Old Town. It has a 24-hour bistro and soundproofed rooms with private bathrooms. Everything was good. Place , bedsheet, toilet was clean. It was was way much better than expected.
