Hamburg Central Station is 500 metres away. everything, the hotel is Royal, the staff are more than professional, they know how to make you happy, I had a small issue with my room and they handled it better than I could have imagined, Marco at the reception is more than professional, the room was huge with an amazing view on the lake. this hotel has all the standards to be a real 5* hotel

This 4-star design hotel in Hamburg offers large rooms, free Wi-Fi and a sauna and relaxation area with views of the Alster Lake. The city centre is only a 15-minute walk away. It was a feel good experience from the booking procedure until check out. I booked a room as a precuation, while lying on a hospital bed across ten street shortly before midnight. The issue was not serious, so it was unsure if the room would be needed at all- I cancelled it and then went on and tried to revive the booking. Hotel staff was so helpful and the room so great, I was happy for my Asklepios Clinic experience: I would have missed such a great stay!!! The room was vast, with great furniture and all kinds of ameniities, large windows instead of walls and a great view. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The overall ratio quality-price was a win-win experience for me!

Junior suite- we needed three beds. We all agreed this was the best hotel we stayed in as part of a rail trip stopping at all countries to Norway. Big comfy beds - even the sofa bed! Large, cool, air conditioned room with a balcony - private, quiet view of the telly tower. Soft slippers and bath robes. Really relaxed after a lovely shower/bath. Bliss after spending a very hot day travelling from Brussels.
