The resort is secluded, with no adjacent resorts on the south side. The bay is perfect for snorkeling with kids, with no big waves and direct entrance to sea (unlike jetties used for some other resorts). Although most of the corals are bleached, still you find a huge variety of fishes (big and small). Also, the resort is not super big (like a small city), which i like. The whole staff is kind and very helpful. There are enough pools for kids to have fun (water slides, etc). The resort is clean and the staff takes a lot of efforts to keep it very clean and tidy. We did a lot of activities without leaving the resort - Massage on the beach, Parasailing (adjacent beach), Quad bike ride (adjacent desert), Wind surfing (same beach). Being vegetarians, food options was a challenge for lunch and dinner, but we always found good options. Most importantly, we had no stomach issues throughout our stay! (this was the biggest worry). The outside grill and fresh bread/pizza counter was amazing!

Superb hospitality starting with the reception, through restaurants, housekeeping, swimming pools and beach. Excellent location in Makadi Bay with a connecting beach walkway to neighboring resorts for early morning walks. Multiple swimming pools that are clean and have appropriate water temperature. Clean spacious rooms. The main restaurant offered a variety of food selections for all three meals that satisfies different tastes and health conditions.

Sunrise Tucana Resort - Grand Select- er staðsett í Hurghada og býður upp á fyrsta flokks „allt innifalið“. Gististaðurinn er 27 km frá New Marina og 28 km frá Giftun Island. This hotel was beautiful! From once you arrive to once you leave the staff is extremely nice and assist you in anything you need We will be back for sure!

Situated in Hurghada, 1.5 km from Fort Arabesque Beach, The Makadi Spa Hotel - Couples Only 18 Years Plus features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a... People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.

Just 400 metres from the beach, Jaz Makadi Saraya offers rooms with a private furnished balcony. It features outdoor heated pools. They have an amazing stuff they’re very helpful specially Kirolos in the the reception and when it goes to food el Nakhil restaurant was beyond amazing specially Mr. mossad he’s super helpful and have always a smiley face

Situated on a private beach, Serenity Beach Resort is a Moroccan-style resort 38 km south of Hurghada. It offers 5-star accommodation with Red Sea views with 5 swimming pools and 3 restaurants. Everything went as great as possible. The front desk manager Mohamed Sobhi was very helpful and attended our every needs without hesitation. The staff is lovely and courteous. Service above and beyond.

Nestled on the shores of Madinat Makadi and surrounded by the outstanding Makadi Golf Course, this 5-star boutique hotel provides all the luxurious facilities you’ll need for a relaxing break. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. The food is also very good , we had breakfast and dinner included. The beach is a little bit further away, you can walk there in 20 minutes or take the shuttle from the hotel for free which goes every hour. The taxi to go to Hurghada city is 25€. However you can book a tour with GetyourGuide or get an Uber much cheaper.

This village-style resort, built in the Nubian Style, is located in Madinat Makadi. Hotel is second line with large private sandy beach with reef for snorkeling or diving. Amazing resort, very clean, superb food. Great service from all areas. Top class food. I think we were super satisfied.
