Port Alicante City & Beach is located in Alicante, 800 metres from the beach of San Juan and 10 minutes by car from the city center. This hotel has outdoor swimming pools, gym and sauna. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Traveling alone and pregnant, I initially felt a bit anxious, but the incredibly friendly hotel staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. A week before arriving, I requested a quiet room on a higher floor to enjoy the sunlight, and the hotel perfectly met my request. The meals were delightful, offering a wide variety of options to suit any taste. The restaurant staff was energetic and attentive, managing a busy environment with ease and ensuring everything was promptly replenished. Their friendliness and attention to detail stood out to me. The hotel's location was exactly what I wanted. It was near the beach, allowing for long, enjoyable walks, and although it was a bit away from the city center, a nearby bus could get you there in about 15 minutes. My room had everything I needed: it was very clean and modern, with a shower that had great water pressure. Additionally, the room came with a kettle for tea and coffee, and the balcony was spacious, offering a beautiful view and plenty of sunlight. The reception staff went above and beyond to fulfill all my requests. As someone who travels frequently in Spain and other countries, I can confidently say I've never stayed in a hotel as perfect as this one. Despite being pregnant and without my husband, I felt safe and enjoyed every moment of my stay. We will definitely return next year, this time as a family of three. :)

Everything… especially the fact that their staff made it possible for me to charge my car while enjoying our stay!

Very friendly and super helpful Spanish/English speaking staff, nice location, free parking, good free wifi for multiple devices, good food and drinks in the hotel.
