Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Bogatell di Poblenou, il Hostal Poblenou occupa un luminoso e affascinante edificio risalente agli anni '30. Very stylish B&B in a beautiful historical building. Everyone who works there was super nice and such amazing people. The room was just like they show in photos. Absolutely lovely. Cleaning was everyday and the room was kept spotless. In the common room you have an access to coffee and home-made lemonade, to my opinion the best coffee in whole Barcelona and I could never have enough of the lemonade as well. So refreshing. For breakfast, 10 euro, make sure you try their caramel pancakes and the avocado toast. 🙂 I have stayed for 8 nights, to attend a course at the university and be able to enjoy the seaside in the evenings. Great connections to the city with Metro line or bus, no problems commuting. Plus evenings enjoying the sea and Rambla del Poblenou. Wifi connection was fast, no problems using my laptop for studies.

The location was exellent, 5 min from the beach, many cafes, bars, pizzerias with cheap prices and good food. The flat was large, clean, and even with own terrace. Supermarket is in the next building. WiFi was free and perfect. Host is very friendly and helpful.

City beach is a 15 minute walk.
