It’s a great hotel if you want to stay in the center of everything. Close to the beach and landmarks. The room is neat and tidy. I got a free upgrade and I enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The setting for this hotel is a charming, classic and lovingly restored building, right in the centre of Gijon, next to the Marina. The price and quality of the location are excellent, strongly recommended

The Hotel Hernán Cortés was inaugurated in 1958, in an impressive building located near Paseo de Begoña, one of the nerve centers of city life. Beautiful room with a view west from the 9th floor. Very comfortable bed and lovely staff

The place is very well located and extremely clean. The living room area is the cutest and the little kitchen comes in super handy. The attention to detail and the effort Andrea and her lovely mum put into the place is visible. I arrived after hours and Andrea went out of her way to check me in. I am definitely staying again!

Located in Gijón centre, the charming Hotel Central is 600 meters from the both San Lorenzo and Poniente Beaches. The location is perfect, just across from the bus station and really centrally located! I arrived after reception closed and they sent me WhatsApp messages with all the information to enter the building and find my key. The place is really homey and incredibly cozy and comfortable. I had a small room with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It was right at the top of the entryway stairs and right next to the breakfast area so I was worried that I would hear people in the morning, but not a sound came through my front door and the bedroom door that I closed! The place was really clean and chic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel since the price was great! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
