Opulent and exclusive Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is located in a Belle Époque palace and offers an experience unlike any other. Everything, from the minute we stepped out of our taxi, was perfect. The staff make this hotel an especially welcoming place to return to after exploring the wonderful surrounding area. We also had the best view from our room. Highly recommended!

The room was huge with a comfortable bed and amenities. Had a great stay to spend our anniversary time. The hotel was closer to the metro station and really good hotel staff.
