Breakfast was exaptional you can feel that this is a 5 star hotel. Manager Sonia Palermo was lovely and very helpfull. Location is great walkable distance to main tourist atraction. Very very comfortable beds.!

Very helpful and attentive staff members. The breakfast is very good for its price. Location is very well connected with subway, public transport and to the center it is only 20 minutes walk.

The modern Motel One Madrid-Plaza de España is located in the center of Madrid, just 250 meters from Plaza de España and 500 meters from Gran Vía and its theaters, and offers spacious rooms with air... very nice hotel, large rooms with wooden floors (no carpeted). big and spotless bathroom. the staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with local products, hot and cold foods, fresh fruit.

Location 5/5. The location is very good. It is located 2 minutes from the metro that takes you to one of the main streets (La Gran Vía). Staff 5/5. The attention of the staff is incredible. I had a problem with my shower one of the days I was there, and the hotel sent me a courtesy for the inconvenience. They were really interested in making sure I didn't have a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Gym 3/5. It is what is expected from it. A basic gym, few machines, but it's opened 24 hrs and the kettlebells are in good shape and they've got several weights.
