I had a problem with my shower one of the days I was there, and the hotel sent me a courtesy for the inconvenience. They were really interested in making sure I didn't have a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Gym 3/5. It is what is expected from it. A basic gym, few machines, but it's opened 24 hrs and the kettlebells are in good shape and they've got several weights.
