Centric location, close to by La Gran Via, Plaza España, nice restaurants steps away and major attractions. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and open to satisfy our needs including storing my medications on their refrigerator and also finding a more suitable room for us given the first room was too small for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again in the future.

The hotel looks brand new and modern. The location can’t be beat you are in the middle of downtown Madrid with all the restaurants and even the market, Royal palace nearby. Has a nice small outdoor seating area to enjoy as well. Rooms are a bit small but very upscale.
