The location was perfect for visiting the art museums. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable room. Very clean. The free afternoon snack was a lovely treat.

Everyone was supportive and empathetic. The room was well decorated and the bed was really comfortable. At night we also had a drink at the bar and the atmosphere was so relaxing!

Set in Madrid city centre, Axel Hotel Madrid - Adults Only offers accommodation only 15 minutes’ walk away from Chueca, known by its LGBT atmosphere and welcoming entertainment offer, the hotel is... The stay was amazing from the beginning till the end. The reception team was very kind and help us with activities to do in the night. The room had a nice view to Atocha avenue and was very comfortable in size. A lot of nice details you will discover when you arrive. The skybar and the swimming pool were great. the location, close to what you need. And the staff, nice and handsome!!
