Lutetia was a wonderful surprise since we've been many times in Paris and had stayed in lots of fancy 5 stars hotel. For us, what most impressed was the personal treatment in a big hotel. Since the checkin, the staff welcomed us by our names and kept an outstanding service along the stay. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful and comfortable property. Staff was great! They went above and beyond to making us feel comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The rooms were bigger that your typical Paris rooms and the location was great. Metro station two blocks away and the neighborhood gave the full Paris vibe.
