We were able to get the keys easily from the lock box and our entire stay was great. The place was a quick walk to the train station and a ton of bus stops around for wherever we wanted to go. Inside the apartment was lovely - beds were comfy, rooms were nice. Everything seemed super clean as well!

Situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, only 5 minutes from Holland Park and High Street Kensington, the hotel consists of a pair of Victorian houses which have retained many period... The owner was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was exactly what you would except from traditional British hotel as a tourist. Although the rooms weren't too large they were very comfy and the bed was very good.
