The hotel was beyond our expectations. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and public transport. The room is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but was exactly what we wanted, you can pay extra for a hot breakfast. Perfect hotel hope to come back again. The stairs to the room are steep, it didn't bother us, but those who have difficulty with stairs should take this into account.

In London's Theatreland, in the heart of the West End, this 4-star boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. There is a 24-hour front desk and a library lounge. Everything: location, honesty bar, helpful staff, room service, eclectic decor, history, common rooms with a fire, etc etc! The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in; the Lady Francis Hewitt room is the best.

The service, the amazing ambiance and smell! The bar and the general attention to detail. I am a repeat guest. Every visit has been special. Rodrigo was great at the reception. Was able to think with me what would be a great room for me and was able to check-in early. That was an unexpected plus!

Hotel Charlotte Street oferuje zakwaterowanie we wnętrzach, które urządzone zostały we współczesnym stylu londyńskim. The service was excellent at the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant especially the new girl I don’t know her name but she is from Albania, the door man was also fabulous. We loved the dressing gowns super luxurious. Also the coffee was outstanding.

The staff was absolutely remarkable. They were attentive to a degree that was perfect for me as first time london visitor. The in room dining and restaurants on the ground floor were also exceptional.
