Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

Location was great, service was amazing. Didn’t expect this level of service from a boutique hotel. Compared to my previous experience in Hong Kong this stay was really good.

Really appreciate and wanna praise the service of Cathy, the new supervisor, her service is very responsive and heartfelt.

It was the best choice we made there is a mall under the hotel it is fabulous for shopping and there are restaurant that very nice, the hotel it self was very comfortable and home like.
