Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the newly developed Grand Front Osaka. staffs were very nice and the room was very comfy esp. toiletry the supplied which were Byrero !!!

The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.

Very conveniently located near Osaka/Umeda Stations with a huge selection of shopping and food outlets. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Herbis Osaka Bus Station so access to/from both Kansai and Itami airports is a breeze especially if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were amazing and professional and are always eager to assist. The lobby has an automated money exchange machine. The room was clean and tidy with awesome toiletries and amenities. The Wifi was very reliable. The elevator corridor where the rooms are located has a vending machine and a microwave. You can easily access the rooms’ floor through the basement elevator so you don’t have to pass through the lobby.
