The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The owner was very gracious and kind and she responded to our inquiries immediately. You don't get that kind of service often. We appreciated that very much! Check-in and Check-out was fairly simple and easy. They offered to clean our room once in the one week we stayed and it made a difference.

Hotel was in a nice quiet area, close to many shops and a metro station, so it was very easy to move around the city. The staff was very kind every day. We stayed for a week and had a lovely stay. The room was small but that’s expected anywhere in Tokyo.

There was everything needed for a short stay. The cold glasses in the fridge melted my heart :) top location, close to the subway station. Nice area with good choice of places to eat and shop.
