Andrea (hotel reception)is so kind and very accommodating to us as well as the hotel restaurant staff who surprised me with birthday cake greetings.The location is excellent and very accessible to the supermarket, malls, tram station and restaurants. The room that we stayed is huge, super clean, very safe and quiet with comfy bed.you will truly enjoyed your stay and very worth it.

The room, the breakfast, the amazing food at the restaurant, close to some nice lunch places and bus stops, staff was friendly and helpful and the working area and the little bakery downstairs both convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend. Especially for a work trip.

Hotel reka bentuk Ecolabel yang mewah ini terletak di pinggir kawasan Kirchberg dan institusi EU di Luxembourg, bersebelahan dengan MUDAM. Staff all very friendly. Large room with a lot of storage space for the luggage etc. Clean and quiet, the AC was working well. Good location close to the tramway.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Kirchberg area, only 1 km from the MUDAM museum. Novotel has a restaurant and a bar. It offers large, modern rooms. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the... The receptionists were exemplary so helpful and welcoming. Assisted with every thing that was asked and requested. Breakfast was another level of great, absolutely superb every need catered for.

The hostess was very warm and welcoming. She gave great advice and was flexible (I got to sleep in a little!). This was in a much nicer location than the downtown hotels, I slept very well in a much calmer neighborhood. It was easy to walk to and from the bus stop even at midnight, and to the nearby sports facility (and climbing gym). I felt safe alone as a woman in the neighborhood at night. It wasn't a long bus ride at all to downtown and the maybe 12 minutes was certainly worth it for the better sleep! The apartment was one of several in a hallway as part of the hotel & had its own kitchen and fridge which was really useful to have! Most places in Luxembourg City don't look as good as their photos, but this looks better than that, there's nice little touches like ceiling fans (with controllable speeds), and a door code, pleasant artwork on the walls, and tea in boxes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone passing through. Don't stay in the city center, that's a mistake, this is a much better option (and there's night buses all night, no reason to worry). It's clean and spacious with its own restaurant and guaranteed good sleep!!

Spacious, nicely furnished, good amenities (very grateful for iron & board), lovely bathroom. Perfect location for where my office is.
