Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The staff were amazing, the room was wonderful, and overall the whole hotel was great! Probably the nicest one we stayed at during our 2 weeks there (we went to 6 different hotels for reference!)
