Hotel di Lido, Funchal

The newly renovated 4-star Hotel Baía Azul is ideally situated a 4-minute walk from Funchal’s beachfront. Very good location! I was able to start all of my booked tours from this hotel.

As part of the Vila Porto Mare resort, this hotel offers 4 restaurants, 6 bars and 5 swimming pools. Porto Mare features an extensive tropical garden on the Atlantic oceanfront. Hotel was really nice, staff very accommodating, beds super comfy. We wish we stayed longer.

Hotel is at a aerobus station. There is a big grocery store nearby, a lot of restauraces. Friendly stuff, nice view from the balcony and it's amazing to wake up with the sunrise. Clean and modern room.

Featuring panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, this luxurious hotel in Funchal offers an indoor and outdoor pool and spa. The rooms include a balcony and cable TV. Wonderful hotel in a very convenient good location near the city center. The staff is very responsive and polite. A huge advantage of the hotel is that it has its own free underground parking for clients. There is quite a wide variety for breakfast, although not extremely large, but everything is very tasty and fresh. Coffee is from large coffee machines, but, as I understand it, from coffee beans, since coffee takes quite a long time to make, but it turns out very tasty, aromatic and excellent.

Terletak di Lido, hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari persiaran tepi pantai di Funchal, Allegro Madeira yang baru diubahsuai ini menawarkan 2 restoran, kolam renang luaran, bar atas bumbung 360º serta... The view was so beautiful and the pool was lovely. It was in the best location to stroll the waterfront shops and easy access to walk to the old town or hop a bus.
