Man war bereits vor der Anreise um unser Wohl bemüht, die Frage nach einem verfügbaren Parkplatz wurde umgehend beantwortet, es gibt immer frische Limonaden und Getränke, die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einen so herausragenden Service habe ich als Vielreisende selten erlebt. Danke liebes Blue Liberdade Team - weiter so! Um hotel muito bem localizado para qualquer atividade em Lisboa e arredores. Quartos grandes, limpos e bem decorados e, acima de tudo, um serviço incrivelmente bom! Antes de chegarmos, estávamos preocupados com o nosso bem-estar, a questão de um lugar de estacionamento disponível foi respondida de imediato, há sempre limonadas e bebidas frescas, os funcionários são incrivelmente simpáticos, calorosos e prestativos. O BessaHotel Liberdade está centralmente localizado na prestigiada Avenida da Liberdade, em Lisboa, a poucos minutos da Praça dos Restauradores. The room is spacious and hotel is located centrally - almost near the tourist area/restaurants/metro/trains, Though central, we didn't hear any noise coming from the streets. The hotel staff are friendly and even were welcomed with free bottled water and pasteis de nata :) Lastly, our beds and room were made and cleaned everyday. Overall, our stay has been an enjoyable one! P.S. we ordered an aromatic massage for an hour at the hotel and it was well worth it! the massage room was just 10 steps away from our room which enabled us to leave our children with peace of mind :)

Localizado no centro de Lisboa, o PortoBay Liberdade é um hotel de 5 estrelas com características de um resort num ambiente urbano. From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.
