The little apartment is fully renovated and comes with coffee, crackers, chips and cookies. Every day when I came back to my room I found a surprise of gifts or sweets. It’s also very central and walkable to everything. This one’s a keeper.

Hi, we loved everything about the place. The atmosphere, the interior. We had booked a transfer from the airport. It took about half an hour to get to the Pensao. At our arrival we were met by very friendly staff for the check-in. Note that You have to go to the bar and ask to be fetched to the reception that is behind closed doors. We got a welcome drink and a briefing of how everything works. Our room was perfect. Nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept like babies. The noise from the street bars didn’t bother us at all. We could hear the sound, but it was not loud or in any way inconvenient. The breakfast basket was just enough what one need to have a nice and cozy start after a intense night. The basket contained, coffee, juice, yogurt, white & dark bread, croissants, jam, butter and was delivered to our room at a hour of your choosing. Localization is perfect with walking distance to the local market, food court, central station, boardwalk by the water, good restaurants and bars. Live music on squares here and there for one to dance away. People very nice and friendly, so even the tourist The bar at the Pensao is very popular and there will be a queue in the evening with dj playing. Lot of tourists everywhere but it didn’t feel bad in any way just because the friendliness of the locals spread over to us. Basically we did not have anything to complain about. We excellent weather about 30 Celsius during the day and around 20 Celsius during the night.

Fue excelente todo lo que me encontre: los apartamentos un lujo, la zona/ubicación con todo lo necesario (restaurantes, bares, supermercados) y super tranquilo, sin el bullicio del centro, la atencion de los chicos por whatsapp (tuve un problema para pagar las tasas con mi TC, y los chicos me lo solucionaron enseguida) los detalles de cortesía al ingresar, todo superó mis espectativas, no dudo regresar al mismo lugar!!

El establecimiento Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda consta de 7 estudios independientes situados en Lisboa, a 250 metros del intercambiador de transporte público de Cais do Sodré y del río Tajo. Junior studio 2 was really cosy and felt like home. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Owners thought of every possible necessity and provided them. There was even a beach umbrella, milk for your coffee, complimentary wine and snacks and so on. The sound insulation of the windows was perfect. It's in a great location and could be noisy but windows make great job.
