Situated in Istanbul, this hotel is located near the old city, where guests can easily visit Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The Person named SAMET INCEKARA from the Customer Care was indeed a real professional and indeed a GEM!! They treated me like a KING! This is how a customer should be treated always. They offered free Breakfast which was indeed not included in my package and the kept asking twice daily if I needed anything or if there are any complaints. I have referred them to all my business and family contacts and I am sure they will feel at home while being at Akgun Hotel. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

The location is strategic at the historical city Next to the old wall , less than 1 minute walk to the bus station just in front of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 3 minutes walk to the metro, the staff were perfect, friendly and very helpful specially Mr.Taymor, our stay was perfect because of him, also for Arab, Baraa is from Lebanon is nice and he speaks Arabic. The stay was a good value for money.
