Food was absolutely fabulous, the staff are wonderful and friendly, rooms very clean. The hotel is very family friendly, its lively, there was some kind of live performance every night. It's quiet when you want to sleep and relax. Heated pools inside and outside was a huge plus. We had a lovely stay.

I can say it was everything perfect, start from reciptions staff helpful and friendly, rooms so clean, nice spa, delicious and varaity foods, imazing party for new year eve, they have very good WiFi, everywhere was clean, finally everyone in this hotel make their job with positive energy and good mood all the time Sorry if I forget to mention something. I hope to be there again

De frente para a praia, o Castival Hotel oferece acomodações 5 estrelas em Side e dispõe de jardim, restaurante e bar. I was met at my taxi by the staff. The check-in was fast and easy. They were both friendly and informative. After a long day of travel from USA , I was tired and hungry. The bellman took my baggage to my room. The room was well prepared with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. The next day I explored the resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay here.

Very friendly Staff, very professional waiters, cleaners did good job as well , especially want to say big Thank you to Mustafa driver ( transfer to the beach ) very helpful with our baby pram , kind , and caring . Also we want say Big Thank You to Beach Bar Staff Alishan, kitchen staff Amazing always fresh and tasty food , you never stay hungry. Bravo Side Village!!!

O Luna Blanca Resort & SPA fica em Side, a 270 m da praia, oferece piscina ao ar livre, praia privativa, banho turco, sauna, spa e centro de bem-estar. the hotel has it all, u want nice beach with food and drinks , you got it!, u want pool with nice music and pool, here you go! its good resort with a lot of things that makes ur family trip very good, the housekeeper fatos was very nice and generous she helped us with whatever we asked, will def come back here

Very friendly stuff at the restaurants, great varierty of food in the hotel and at the beach restaurants, good animator at the disco for kids (Celine), very clean beach and good sunbeds, very good photographer, clean rooms, fresh water in minibar
