Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

This Miami, Florida Best Western offers an indoor pool, free WiFi, and a complimentary full hot breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. The only thing that was lacking, was the breakfast. Nothing special.

I've stayed at many Miami Airport area hotels in this price range and this one wins hands down. Especially with High speed internet which is actually high speed. The wifi was fantastic, head and shoulders above other area hotels who provide low speed unreliable wifi. The wifi alone made me want to always come back

The air conditioning and heater worked well, and the room's space was large enough for a single person, as was my case. The desk is ideal for those who need to use their laptop for work or simply to place things on it. The TV works perfectly. The bed is the item that takes all the attention. It is very comfortable and warm. A great experience.

Guest rooms at the Sleep Inn Miami Airport are furnished with a coffee maker. Additional amenities include ironing facilities and a radio. The rooms were exceptional for a 2-star hotel. This experience has definitely raised the bar for 2-star hotels. I've been all over Europe and this hotel offered me a great experience at a fraction of one considered 3-stat hotels in Paris.
