Khách sạn boutique ở bang Florida này có hồ bơi ngoài trời rộng lớn. Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.
