This 4-star boutique Naples, Florida hotel is 1.6 km from Vanderbilt Beach and across the street from Mercato Shops, which offers a movie theatre, restaurants, and shopping. The Hotel is beautiful and perfect located. I love the lake view I had in my room and the amazing breakfast with live music. It has free parking which is AMAZING. Can’t wait to come back.

Location is incredible. Ideal beach for a relaxing vacation - beach is located 5 minutes away from the hotel with transport service included. Free kayaking and stand-up board services at certain times of the day. Extremely preserved nature – birds, dolphins. Hotel exceeded my expectations! A paradise!

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, The Ritz-Carlton Naples features 2 outdoor pools, a spa and a sauna. Free WiFi is availalbe at the property. The Ritz's staff deserve commendation for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. From the bartenders to the food service staff, everyone demonstrated a dedication to outstanding customer service. Despite some areas of the resort being under renovation, the operational bars and restaurants did not disappoint, providing excellent food in an inviting ambiance. Despite minor inconveniences, our stay was generally enjoyable, with the resort's physical service quality proving commendable. It was clear that the staff were making the best of the transition period after the hurricane, which contributed positively to our experience. The Ritz, with its reputation for excellence, delivered a largely satisfying stay, and its physical services lived up to our high expectations.
