The rooms are nice and neat and the beds are as usual for Four Seasons very comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was great. We walked to all our destinations, within 30 mins. Battery Park we took a train and walked to World Trade Memorial, Little Italy, and Chinatown.

Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
