The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, La Renta Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. The rooms were small, but the service more than made up for it. I wish that I had booked more nights there. Ms. Lucy was the highlight of this location. Her customer service was far beyond all the others that I've experienced in all my travels. She handles that hotel like she owns it. Even when I wasn't staying there, she took great care of my traveling needs. I'll stay there every time I come back to the old quarter of She still working there. Thank you for everything Ms. Lucy.

Loved this hotel. A special thank you to Amanda, so helpful, friendly and had a birthday cake sent to our room for my friends birthday. Tracy and Harry, were also pleasant, and were ready to give us any information we needed. Rooms were very neat, central to many shopping areas, and tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.
