Perfect experience for our little ones, and for us who are still young at heart. Facilities are great. They even prepared a step stool for our little one! High chair was provided as well. Alpacas free-roaming right outside our cottages. Everything is great and highly recommended!

The farm stay provides guests with a balcony, garden views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the farm stay, every unit has bed linen and towels.

The property is only a short drive from the centre of town but secluded enough to make it feel like a rural stay. Internet connection is good for those who don't want to go completely off grid. The hosts were engaging, with daily animal feeding for the kids. They were so welcoming, making sure they met us in person to hand over the keys, taking the time for a short farm tour and rundown of the daily schedule as they walked us to our accommodation. Our unit was fully self contained and clean with a modern kitchen. There is lots to do around the property with heated indoor pool, games room, animal petting, bush walks and games/dvd hire. We can't speak highly enough of our stay at Margaret River Cottages!

Such a fantastic property and holiday experience, there is a lot to love. Each house is well secluded. The farm and adjacent forest is beautiful. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. The hammock, outdoor sofa and BBQ all got well used. The couple who run the farm are friendly and helpful without being needy. They supplied a small basket of lovely, fresh, home grown vegetables. The location is handy to Margaret River town. The home kept a pleasant temperature despite hot weather. Lots of walking options around the property and forest. Big, comfy bed. Laundry facilities. etc. etc.!

They have animal feeding every alternate day, which allowed our kids to experience the true meaning of farm stay. The stay was just a 10-minute drive away from Margaret River main town, which makes it easy for us to get the groceries needed. The house comes fully equiped with stove, oven, grill, and microwave.

Am delighted that there was no unpleasant smell or loud noises in the night that one would usually associate with a typical farmstay. Dani did a fabulous job hosting the hour long animal feeding which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Location is very convenient for us to get groceries as well as meals from the town. Loved the Comfortable beds, and the whole cottage was warm and cozy with the wood fire. There was plenty of towels and blankets supplied. Only five minutes drive to Margeret River
