Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet. A shaded terrace overlooking the river and vineyards provides the ideal setting for a meal. The property’s restaurant, Cozinha da Clara, is named after the owner's British grandmother, and takes inspiration from her home-cooking, with a menu featuring regionally-inspired dishes. Our visit to Quinta de la Rosa was simply wonderful and far exceeded expectations. Our room was beautiful with stunning views and dinner in the restaurant (on both nights) was outstanding. We had an excellent wine tour/tasting and did some fabulous hikes including right to the top of the estate. Couldn't recommend a visit here more highly.

It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Great location on working vineyard with stunning views of the Douro river. Miguel and his family are exceptional hosts. Dinner was delicious. Situated within 13 km of Natur Waterpark and 37 km of Douro Museum, Casa do Santo - Wine & Tourism features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Provesende. This farm stay has a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. The farm stay has a fax machine and photocopier and an ATM machine that guests can use. The setting was simply perfect, offering stunning views of the Duoro valley. The house itself was beautiful, and we received a lovely welcome with their homemade Porto wine. Our room was exceptional, offering great comfort, and the breakfast was equally delightful. Unfortunately, the cold weather kept us from using the pool, but we're excited to return and spend more time there. Honestly, I felt no desire to venture elsewhere, as everything about the place was just wonderful.

There is a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. My friends and I loved the property, the people, and the meals. It is so charming—I love the care and thought that was put into this place. We had our dinners here and our last dinner was this delicious stew. Helena, Ricardo, and Joao helped to make our stay so wonderful.

Quinta da Menina Guest House is situated in Vila Real, 35 km from Douro Museum, 46 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, and 8.6 km from Mateus Palace. The property has mountain and pool views, and is 22 km from Natur Waterpark. The farm stay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. What an amazing place and warm, wonderful hosts Paolo and Carla make you feel like old friends. Beware, booking.com's directions take you to the wrong house. Follow Google maps to Quinta da Menina Guest house instead and you won't get lost. The place seems brand new but charming. It's spotless and gorgeous. The pool is crystal clear and breakfast is fantastic. Don't make the mistake we made and only book one night. You are going to want to stay at this beautiful oasis and explore the wine area for, at least, a few days. I would have stayed forever if I could.
