They were very responsive in replying our messages and queries before our arrival to arrange all that we needed in advance. We got Jro the owner to pick us up from our previous hotel. It was a wise choice as the place is a little remote and further up the hill so it was good to call for the local. He bought some fresh fish on the way to flame grill for us for dinner. They were the freshest and sweetest fish I have tasted in Bali! The scenery was breathtaking! We could see the lake, the mountains and the sea. The sunrise over the mountains was magnificent despite the early shower.

Each room has a tea pot with coffee and tea bags, has a porch with outstanding view and fresh breeze from the lake down hill. There are 2 pools with a hot spring water. Each day the water is refilled and pools are cleaned. All meals made of organic local products. Quiet area and very close to the trail to the volcano. The tiny restaurant is good place to mingle with people from different countries.

My boyfriend and I came here because we were climbing Mt batur for sunrise. Loved the tents, extremely comfy beds, very lovely and clean showers/toilet and the staff were so friendly. Extremely peaceful and such a unique experience waking up overlooking Mt batur before climbing. We were also welcomed with drinks and they made great food. Also you got electricity in your tents (charge phones and a light). 10/10 will recommend!

We loved the view from the balcony and room. It's a beautiful place to stay to feel connected to the nature around. The room was cozy and very comfortable. I slept so well. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it's a quiet and peaceful stay. Best for adults, not kids that would disturb the peace. I'm glad I didn't bring my toddler.

The view from the bedroom is nice, as seen on the picture. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast fried rice is delicious, but a bit too spicy even for javanese tongue like mine. Everything goes well and nice. But the weather doesn't support us. Too bad it's cloudy, so we can't get the sunrise.

Great location, right on Lake Batur with Mt Abung right infront and Mt Batur at the back. Very peaceful, specially at sunset. I was surprised to see a pretty good shower pressure at this remote location. The owner is really nice and helpful. I decided to go for Mt Batur hike after arriving at the property and he was able to arrange a private tour for me at a very competitive price at this short notice. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. The breakfast Omellete and fruit were pretty good too - enjoyed with coffee with one of the best views.

Beautiful, romantic little place on earth. Great view, unique little 'homes', very comfortable beds. The staff was really nice and the facilities exceeded expectations. Coffee and tea is available in the rooms We stayed for 1 night, but we could've stayed here a lot longer.
