Known as Thanda Tented Camp, this camp is built in colonial-safari style. Each spacious tent comes with a private sun deck and en-suite canvas bathroom. The camp is non-electrified but does have limited solar and battery power with a back-up generator to power the tents for a few hours each day for guests to charge cameras and phones.

Everything was exceptional and beyond what we expected in terms of accommodations and service. Tents were very well designed. All staff were so professional and attentive. Game drives were awesome. Food and drinks were delicious.

AMAZING! We stayed at Hluhluwe Bush Camp on two different nights, and both were INCREDIBLE. The staff are extremely friendly, very accommodating and the atmosphere is very homey, comfortable and clean. The tents are very tranquil and have everything to offer. Spectacular experience. We were breathless from the whole experience. We loved every moment and will be back again! The towel features were just a delight. The small touches go a long way.

The location was exceptional - really deep bush! Martin was very knowledgeable and engaging. The bush walk was a real experience,but the weather was against us with unseasonal rain making game viewing difficult and VERY muddy.

You felt like you were alone in the area, as the cabins were separated by the forest, so it was very romantic. The entertainment place is the best part that's where we spent most of our time. The outside showers were such an amazing experience. Gugu is the most nicest and helpful person. She keeps everything so clean and perfect. She services the house daily. We really enjoyed our stay at Nguni lodge. Location was perfect and there was plenty of peace and tranquility. If you love animals and nature this place is perfect. We can't wait to back 😊

They booked our full day safari trip for us and transferred us in/out of Hluhluwe town as we ended up having no car - so helpful!
