The waterfall view is stunning and it really feels like you are in the lap of nature. It’s like an adventure feeling, but with the luxury of a lovely tent (with lots of chill out space) and a nice bathroom. The staff is very sweet and made super nice Sri Lankan dinner for us. We would highly recommend the tent if you would like an adventurous experience in nature and yet comfortable. First day we just chilled in the tent and second day went for the Ella rock hike which starts right from the property. You need to take full tuk to go to Ella main town

Haputale is incredible and the camping site is placed in a strategic point which has an incredible view over the hill country. To reach it you have to walk for 15 minutes in a gorgeous tea plantation. And the food… super delicious. Most importantly, the guys managing it are very friendly and were so nice to us. Thank you Viraj, Thila and Hishan, we truly loved your camp! We’ll definitely come back :)

Sambol, daal curry, egg and sprats with plain rice was a heavenly feeling . Desert was served. From the moment we arrived we felt the ambiance of the place which was very calming and relaxing. Rooms were very clean and included all the basic requirements with WiFi. (Bring your own toilet amenities) I was surprised to see a forestly environment like this so close to the Town and train station. Danajaya Fixed us a threewheel (Sampath +94768331648) to travel around and goes on any rough terrain. Sampath took care of us nicely helping us to plan the tour and stayed till our trip ended. Dananjaya helped us with the decorations for the birthday party we celebrated For the night, arranged a bonfire to make our stay special .(Seperate charges) The next morning we had String hoppers potato curry nd chicken curry which was great as our first day meal. Concept of the tents is remarkable and we would definitely recommend this place and we will visit this place again as this was an unforgettable experience.
