The candlelit dinner was adorable (just wish we had the BBQ!) and the safari guide is amazing! The food is great all round, and there is also a lot more to do around the area than we previously thought! Perfect yala stay over.

Hotel Flameback Eco Lodge se nahaja v pokrajini Yala in je od templja Situlpawwa oddaljen 42 km. I don’t even know where to start! This is such an awesome place to stay. The lodge is very comfortable and I didn’t even know a „tent“ can look so beautiful inside! It has everything you need. The lodges are right in front of a beautiful lake from where you can see a beautiful sunrise (if you getvuo early of course). The staff went above and beyond to make this stay so wonderful. The even arranged a traditional Sinhalese/Tamil new years celebration with delicious food and funny games. It was such a wonderful experience. The food was extraordinary and SamPath and all the other staff members are a 10 out of 10! We were also able to book a safari with Flameback and I think they offer a lot more excursions (we only stayed 2 nights that’s why we only booked a safari) I highly recommend this place

This tent features air conditioning. This tent features air conditioning. The Luxury Tent can accommodate 3 persons with one extra bed. It is equipped with an attached bathroom having running water. First of all, this is not an accommodation, it's an experience. The tents are equipped with everything you need, the beds are super-comfy. Although we were prepared for a noisy night, given the fact that you are in the wild, it was surprisingly calm. The dinner and breakfast were very good and in the evening we had a lovely camp fire. We took the safari organized by the Camp Leopard Team, the afternoon one, and our guides were the best. With their knowledge we were able to see the leopard in all its splendor and all the other beautiful animals in the Yala Park. So if you are looking for something different and an amazing safari experience, search no more.

Nilantha wpis an amazing guide and it was the main reason we booked his accomodation. I can reccomend to anyone to book a safari tour with him as a guide. He was very insightful, has a lot of knowledge of animals and nature in general. Has degree in biology and published various papers. Smart guy. The accomodation was a fun and unique experience.

Our family recently visited Makini Bush Camp and we had an amazing time. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. We were thrilled to witness incredible wildlife sightings, including graceful elephants, playful monkeys, and colorful birds. And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We recommend Makini for families seeking a remarkable safari adventure with top-notch service and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Located 15-minute drive away from Yala National Park, Yala Dream Park features a garden and barbecue. Tissa Wewa is 8 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. A beautiful place in the middle of nature! We loved our stay here! The staff and owner are very friendly and communicative, telling interesting stories about the wildlife and history of the place. The safari we did was amazing!

Situated in Yala, less than 1 km from Situlpawwa, Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and... Kulu Safaris is a completely exceptional place to stay in every way and it was the highlight of our holiday in Sri Lanka. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Our guide, Jeana, was very knowledgeable about Sri Lankan wildlife and a lovely person, we learnt a lot from talking to her on our safaris. We also went kayaking on the lake which was beautiful. The tents are so comfortable to stay in and it's a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and we were served our meals in different locations around the site, which was beautiful and very romantic. It is expensive, but the safari and other activities is included, as well as all food and drink, and so I think it is definitely worth the money, particularly as Kulu is very eco-conscious and ensures minimal disruption to the wildlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend staying at Kulu more highly, and I hope to go back one day.

The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
