A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. Atenció excel·lent, instal·lacions ben conservades i menjar molt bo. El fet de poder arribar en cotxe normal és un plus per tenir llibertat a l'hora d'arribar. La ubicació, tot i no ser tant a dins del desert com altres, esta davant d'una gran duna i des de dalt ja estàs en ole desert.

The owner Said is super nice and welcoming, we had an amazing stay. The tents were very comfortable and there is a big dune next to it that is perfect to see the sunset/sunrise

Nomadic Desert Camp is set in Al Wāşil. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Towels and bed linen are featured in the luxury tent. The camp is located not too close from the nearest village, offering an immersive desert experience. The tents are spacious, clean and nicely decorated and so is the dining area. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient and agreeing pick up was really easy. The buffet was generous with a good and tasty selection of food. The camp offers activities like camel riding and dune safari. We enjoyed both very much. The greatest plus of this camp is that, compared to other structures who might have more of a hotel feel, gives the travellers a authentic and close to nature experience. We would go back and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Sultan Private Desert Camp is situated in Bidiyah. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything! First of all we were completely alone in the middle of the beautiful omani desert: a unique experience! We loved the authenticity of the structure and of its owner, Humied (and the camels of course, the real bosses there). He is a very entertaining host: we ate together both at dinner and breakfast and we had the opportunity to talk a lot about Oman and its culture and traditions. The tent, the linens, the private external toilet were all very clean! PS: Unexpectedly, there was some sand in the tent, next time please provide us with a broom Humied 😉just joking of course 😜

Super friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many activities for adults and children. After a long day got excellent sleep in the rooms. Food was excellent. Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. Clear directions Desert driving (we made it without issues with Toyota RAV 4, 4wd) The place it self - we were lucky to be alone; the host was very kind; we were given a plenty of delicious meals, unlimited water and other drinks; everything was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely careful of the wellbeing of his guests. Willingness to share some of the beduins traditions in a single night.
