Access was easy: we were not driving 4 wheel cars and we did not have any problem in arriving to the camp. The camp is very well organised. The dunes behind are extremely convenient as they are just closeby. Tents are impressive, the bed was very confortable. The individual bathroom very convenient, excellent to see the stars while having shower. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, Sohel very nice. We enjoyed several of the proposed activities. We had the opportunity to enjoy different omani meals at the dinner, breakfast was also very good.

The tent features a private entrance, a seating area, as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower and a bidet. The tent offers a barbecue, a sofa, as well as a terrace and a patio. This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Oman. I highly recommend staying with Rashid. His hospitality was fantastic, great sense of humour, very genuine and kind. Food was excellent and plentiful. Rashid is very happy to work with you to arrange activities as well. We really enjoyed the dune bashing sunset tour. Book with confidence!

This is a great camp especially if you want a quiet location and small camp with few guests so you feel you are really in the dessert. Best of all was for sure the owner Said. He is a fantastic man, so kind, funn and helpfull. We had great conversations and funn with him. Can highly recommend staying in his camp.

Unlike the other camps in the area, Nomadic desert camp is really surrounded by sand dunes. The camp is very authentic. The facilities are all clean and tidy.

Lovely, peaceful location way from the other camps, small setting and lovely people. We really enjoyed the ride there and the visits to the animals, the tour through the desert in the morning and the kids loved the short camel ride. Stars, sand and serenity. Lovely guide.

The tent offers a barbecue, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The tent features outdoor furniture. The unit offers 2 beds. Food was delicious and fresh BBQ, place is soo quiet and calm. Dune bashing with sunset was amazing and crazy we advise for every one.

SAFARI-Glamping er staðsett í 50 km fjarlægð frá Wadi Bin Khalid og býður upp á gistirými í Bidiyah-20 km í eyðimörkinni frá þorpinu Al Hawaiyah. The camp is great. There are only two tents and you can rent the whole thing for yourself. We really got the experience of being out in the desert alone. The facilities are excellent with a good bathroom and shower and nice bed (no A/C). The tents are in the traditional style as is the dining tent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth waking up for sunset.

This tent has a seating area, bathrobe and soundproofing. Alsarmadi Desert Camp er staðsett í Shāhiq og býður upp á gistirými með setusvæði. The Alsarmadi Desert Camp is an amazing experience. Our hosts picked us up in the nearby township of Bidiya, and it was only a short 30min drive out to the camp. You are surrounded by sand dunes, but high up enough to enjoy a beautiful sunset/sunrise. The hosts are very welcoming and can organise several activities during your stay in the desert. Some incur extra costs, like camel rides & lunch at a Bedouin camp. Or you can simply enjoy exploring the dunes, like we did. The tents are clean & comfortable, it was the best sleep of our whole trip! And as female travellers we felt safe the whole time. Breakfast & dinner were also delicious. Thank you to Said & his son Alfarooq for a wonderful experience in the desert!
