This tented camp exceeded all of our expectations. The tents were beautiful - had everything we needed. We booked a river tent and so glad we did, the view was breathtaking and we were lucky enough to have elephants cross the river and walk right past our little balcony. The bed was v comfy, wifi was spotty but better than we expected considering we were in the bush. Staff were amazing - Hazel was brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a self catering camp so be sure to stock up before arriving so you don’t need to leave the park (there’s a big shopping mall is Hazeyview which is about an hour from the Kruger gate). Stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Can’t wait to come back!

The tents are incredible - very big and so luxurious inside. Even better than the photos. Whoever did the interior design has a great eye and really paid attention to the details. It also works well as a living space; both of us could stretch out in the living room and read our books, which is a rarity. Needless to say, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful. We slept like babies with the sound of the stream right outside our tent, and appreciated the turn down service to make everything a bit cozier. We genuinely thought we were the only guests, but learned later that they were full up (and saw the other guests at breakfast). This speaks volumes about how private and secluded the tents feel. Zuannette and Arman, the couple running the retreat, really made our stay an 11/10. Zuannette was so helpful and accommodating even before we reached the property; she helped us organize a Valentine’s scarp drive and picnic on very short notice. We also enjoyed several of Arman’s meals (he is a talented chef and runs the restaurant). They are friendly and genuine but also run the place very professionally, which is not an easy balance to strike. I would definitely recommend an evening scarp drive and picnic, it was not just beautiful but also interesting to learn about the history of the place. Also impressed with the delicious spring water! I could go on but please go and see it for yourself, you won’t regret it!

This tent has a balcony, microwave and satellite TV. Set 25 miles from Dullstroom, Valley Of The Rainbow Estate features a garden and barbecue. Verloren Valei Nature Reserve is 40 km away. Tranquility and great fishing for trout (brown and rainbow) and largemouth bass. Another highlight was the perfectly kept green lawn around the dams. We were all barefoot for most of the time. bliss

Situado na Reserva de Caça de Manyeleti, o Buffelshoek Tented Camp apresenta um jardim e comodidades para churrascos. A Reserva de Caça de Sabi Sand fica a 34 km. The property was in Manyaleti and there were no fences. The animals were free to move around. We had hyenas, giraffe, elephants and lots of birds in our camp. Our game driver, Beksom, was unbelievable in the way he was able to find all the animals. We loved the simplicity of the camp. All the meals were excellent.

O espaço é muito bonito e cuidado, com todos os funcionários de uma simpatia fantástica. Desde o guia nos safaris aos empregados do restaurante e receção. O respeito pelos animais e pela natureza é claro e conseguimos ver os big 4 e muitos outros. Sem dúvida um local que recomendo, sendo a mistura perfeita entre luxo e contacto com a natureza.

Com vistas panorâmicas sobre os vales e as montanhas, o Muluwa Lodge está localizado apenas a 10 minutos de carro do Rio Branco e do Aeroporto Internacional Kruger Mpumalanga. Staff were brilliant! Food was wonderful. We would definitely recommend and will be returning!
