From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Un apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso, con todas las comodidades. Muy limpio, con terraza para tomarse algo. La ubicación bien, cerca del paseo de los ingleses y a 7 minutos en coche del centro. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Recomendable 100%.

Amazing host!! We accidentally had walked up from the train station the first day with two suitcases completely tiring ourselves out. She helped us get up the stairs with our luggage and even offered us a ride early the next morning, which we took her up on, and she was super nice and easygoing. Absolutely beautiful view of the area as well. Super recommended!!!

We have stayed 2 families with child and it was perfect. Location was amazing. The house was completely clear and there was too much stuff for the kitchen. Also they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift which was so kind. I suggest for everyone. Communication was great and Narine was at home exactly on checkout time as we agreed. I suggest everyone this great place.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo a unos pasos de la plaza Massena. Gran variedad de restaurantes en plena avenida. El lugar cuenta con cocina para poder degustar alimentos. El personal nos hizo el favor de prestarnos un destapador para un vino que compramos.
