We booked very last minute as a spontaneous getaway in the snow and the cabin exceeded our expectations! Our host was great at communicating and made sure the cabin was lovely and cosy for our arrival. He even brought us some coffee and homemade Rakia which was absolutely delicious! His dog Gogo was lovely company and we loved every second of our stay. We've fallen in love with Plitvice Lakes and will definitely be back! Can't recommend enough, thank you so much :)

A traditional guesthouse experience, my hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. I arrived late at night and at first they were unable to locate my reservation but made me feel right at home and set me up in a room while they worked it out. They did not speak English, but we were able to communicate just fine. For the price, comfort of facilities were as expected. Location was ideal for someone traveling with their own car. Beautiful view and a short 10 minute drive to Entrance 1, market and restaurants. Access to kitchen, wifi and outdoor patio were a must for me.

Exceptional stay here...everything exceeded our expectations. Modern facilities in the separate guesthouse, fabulous food for dinner and breakfast. Best dinner and breakfast for our 5 weeks away. Great caring hosts....hit a pothole on the way in and Dad took the spare into his mechanic and replaced the tire for us so we could make it to the Zagreb airport without having to spoil our stay. The Plitvice lakes were well worth the visit too....Hope to come back someday!!!!!!!!
