Large, clean rooms with mini fridge, kettle & TV. Close to the beach (4mins slow stroll) plenty of spas, warungs around yet quiet and peaceful once you step into the homestay and the room is soundproofed from the road outside. Access to gardens and pool from the hotel next door is brilliant! Dewi & her team are very helpful, always smiling and making sure I am comfortable. Easy to book Dolphins tour and taxis with them without hassle and very reasonable costs. Laundry service available ( I recommend! ) The cats are friendly and will request for a ear scratch when I sit on the outdoor patio. Thank you Dewi and team for the hard work!

Very friendly owners. Great hosts. Definitely great value especially for the price. Dare I even say my favorite stay in Bali?! I stayed for seven nights in the junior suite. It is spacious and romantic in my opinion. The pool is clean. If I'm not mistaken it is cleaned daily. They even have a garden where you can relax/arrange a picnic/or borrow a yoga mat to do yoga on your own. The vibe of the place is casual/friendly. It didn't feel like I was staying at some strangers guesthouse. They really try to make the place a safe space for everyone and include guests in possible activities. Also when I told them what my interest are they were willing to brainstorm with me. Another thing is that I felt like they treated all guest equally, all while respecting their personalities (some are loners, some are social butterflies). When planning trips the hosts help me bargain for a good price and dig in their list of thrust worthy people. I really felt taken care of. This is still a guesthouse, so even though they are amazing don't expect a 5 star hotel resort.... They really made Lovina such an enjoyable place to be in. Hope to visit them again soon!

I had a great stay at Kaia Lovina! The property was lovingly maintained, quiet, and clean. My room was big and very clean with a small kitchenette and a big comfortable bed. You won't be bothered by roosters or nuisance barking dogs here. A pool to cool off in was a welcome treat. The wife and husband are warm and friendly and ready to help with anything you need. I really enjoyed talking with them about their lives, different cultures, and Lovina. They offer a menu of local foods available at great prices for lunch and dinner if you don't want to go out (in addition to the breakfast included). I particularly love the Gado Gado. This is the first place I've stayed in Bali that I would love to go back to for a longer stay. I totally recommend Kaia Lovina guest house!

Nice 2-bedroom villa. The location is great, there's a place for breakfast not far from the villa. We enjoyed the stay, as it is a nice pace torelax after exploring the neighbourhood.

The most beautiful and cleanest accommodation you can imagine, with the friendliest owners in all of Bali. I have been to this dream location twice now and each time I was amazed by the endless hospitality of the owners and the majestic sunset. We were served free fruit, and when my brother had a scooter accident, the owner took him to the hospital and spent two hours there, taking care of everything. I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. Everything is clean and the outdoor area is beautifully maintained.

it was so beautiful and clean and the staff were the best! we had the property to ourselves and it was amazing. the staff were so helpful and willing to assist with everything we needed. Great restaurant at top of the driveway and a 2 minute drive your in Lovina Main Street.

It is like a little paradise, with the beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and small animals (gecko, squirrel, tjiktjaks etc). The hostess made us feel very welcome and her team did too. Our children loved the pool!

Everything was perfect, they deserve 10/10 ! The staff is lovely, the place beautiful and quiet, the rooms and the swimming are clean, the kitchen big and well equipped. Wifi is good enough to work online. I extended my stay there !

The Host provided exceptional great hospitality and kept us taken care of during our entire stay. He even recommended us the best place to eat with fresh & delicious seafood with local price. Carried all our heavy luggage from the car to our room. The sunset with seaview from the Villa is a gem. Strategic place as it is quiet and blend in nature yet around 2 mins to the main road by car. About 8 mins to sanur beach for dolphin tour.The shower was good with hot water at night. The host can assist to arrange tours n in house massage and even bike rentals if we need any transport. Open kitchen and we were allowed to use. they provide refilling of mineral water.
