Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

11/10. We must come back! So much attention to detail. Francesco has been a superpremium host and this place exceeded our expectations! We felt extremely welcome and well taken care of. Giovanni was a great host, so kind and helpful. Everything we could need was considered. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the location was very central ve convenient, walking distance to central train station. Giovanni gave us very useful tips about the city and made our stay way better than we expected. Definitely recommended.

Great location for sightseeing and with good restaurants/bars close to the building. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The basket with sweets and bottles of water was a good surprise! The bed was comfortable and clean, although our room was a bit small, but perfect for a quick stay. The option to leave our luggage after check-out to a really close to the apartment place was also nice!

Honestly, I don't know where to start. Maria and Nino are the stars of the show. I've never met such caring hosts. Their hospitality exceeded even my wildest expectations. Although we arrived after midnight, our hosts were waiting for us and greeted us with a warm welcome. They even offered us a ride to the fair the next morning. They even offered to pick us up and drive us to the restaurant where we booked for dinner the next day. Although the hosts didn't speak English, their smile, welcoming eyes, and positivity made up for everything. The apartment was cozy, clean, near the center, and nicely decorated. The coffee machine and the mini fridge in the room were a nice touch. For breakfast, we found a nice café just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The town center was a short walk away.
