The location is very central, the style and facilities of the room are perfect, and I'd like to mention separately the bathroom - it was so beautiful! We stayed in the "Roma" room.

The grounds of the apartment were beautiful. The rooms was clean and spacious and had a small fridge. The check in was easy and the owners were very accommodating.

Gianpaolo was a wonderful host and communicated with us the entire time we were there, on our way, and departing. He called a taxi for us twice - once to pick up us at the train station and the other to drop us off - he made everything SO EASY....and he smiled the whole time. Truly a great experience. Our rooms were spotless and centrally located and within walking distance of good restaurants. The bonus was that the restaurant that Gianpaolo owns (GENTE DI NOTTE) is right downstairs and it was FABULOUS. He offers a 10% discount to all of his hotel guests and EVERYTHING that we had (we ate there two nights) was better than the next, with the star being the stuffed zucchini blossoms with ricotta and truffles that were literally LIFE CHANGING. We are still talking about them! Gianpaolo was beyond friendly, accommodating and helpful and went above and BEYOND his role as host. If you are headed to Frascati, I highly, highly recommend staying with and dining with Gianpaolo. You won't regret it!

The host answers always very promptly in case of problems and he is very friendly, the house is in a quiet area and we slept well. You can be at Ciampino Airport in less than 20 minutes by car.

The location is stunning, with clear views across the hills into the city of Rome. It was incredibly relaxing, with fresh mountain air and a serene pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were received with some beverages and cookies which was nice, also even though we arrived very late there was someone that helped us to enter and to finish the check in.
