Great location, close to main attractions. This is not a negative, it's just a fact that there were mosquitoes. The hotel provides mosquito repellent liquid. A historic building with luxurious interiors. There is no elevator. Living rooms from the 2nd floor.

Rosa, Anna and Michelle was very helpful, Rosa guided us to Murano and also the St Marks Square, Anna made the most amazing croissants, I would stay there again

The hospitality was amazing! It's our honeymoon and we loved our stay! Ramano was very accommodating to our needs 🙂! The beds were comfortable, and the prepared breakfast (Provided by Hotel Option) was buonissimo (very good)! They provide a menu every morning at the breakfast lounge, where there is a wide variety of selections and you can order multiple food and drinks. (Do note that if you want scramble eggs its €4, but the rest of the selections are free.) The place of stay is located near less touristy restaurants (so it doesn't hurt your wallet🥲), a pizza shop, and walking distance to the water bus terminal "S Toma". I will recommend this place to my other couple friends from Singapore.

The hosts are the best, superfriendly, helpful, thoughtful and available. Great neighborhood with excellent restaurants (try AlTimon steakhouse!) Quiet at night and cheerful during the day. Excellent breakfast.

Property was lovely and updated! Elias was very helpful and kind. The location was convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows, which btw included soft and hard options for those pillow snobs ha. The included breakfast at the cafe was fantastic! Highly recommend and will book again if we come back to Venice.
