A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

This comfortable room in a historic house was so thoughtfully put together that despite the small size of the room, everything we needed was right at hand. The bathroom was large and downright luxurious compared to others in Amsterdam. And the bed was so comfortable! The location is also convenient, right at the top of the Jordan but a close walk to the main train station. And the host went out of his way to let us checked in early so we didn't have to take our luggage to the station during the day. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect location, a short walk from the central station. Within walking distance to many attractions. The host Ganni is very helpful, and we could store our luggage at the guest house after checkout. Would definitely stay here again!
