We arrived at the accomodation exhausted, after a very unpleasant experience with another property where we obviously couldn't stay. It was after midnight and they waited for us, helped us with the luggage and offered us very useful info for buying fresh food since my grandmother needed to eat something before taking her medicines. The location is quiet and we had a great room with balcony, windows with mosquito nets, so we could enjoy sleeping with fresh air. The room was very clean, there was a very clean fridge and plenty of fresh towels. The shower water pressure was great. One can turn off lights from a switch near the bed. They have a private parking place with marks, so there is parking place for all guests. A big thank you to the night shift who helped us greatly in many ways and the same to the morning shift who were so friendly and offered us coffee from he house! We discovered you mid in a crisis situaton for us, but we will come back to you anytime when we will be around. Your great service and friendliness are highly appreciated !

Amazing value for money, excellent location for transit around Cluj, the hosts are very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean, the bathroom fully functional, good water pressure in the shower, parking easily available in the yard. The location is idyllic, it's really quiet and green and peaceful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, located close to our area of interest. We can say that Pensiunea View has high standards of accommodation, but the main plus are the people that take care of it. Thank you for everything!

Great place, amazing host, he provided a parking ticket to stay, was super friendly and relaxed. Bed was most comfy of our whole stay in Romania. Location is literally 5 minutes walk from city center. Nice free breakfast served and even a free strong Romanian drink available (we didnt try cause we had too many beers before aha)

We really like our staying at the BBS Residence! The lady who met us was very friendly. Rooms were really clean. They also give us a big bottle of water, everything for making coffee/tea and even pack of nice cookies. We also like the big terrace outside the rooms, when it will get warmer it'll be really nice to sit outside and look at nice view. And one more plus: you can stay their with the pets!
