One of the best places we stayed in France. We had a lovely balcony, a fabulous bathroom with really nice products, we borrowed the bikes and saw the area very comfortably. The breakfast was wonderful. Home made jams and get the 3 minute egg! Perhaps the best reason to stay is the wonderful proprietors, they are very nice, give you great advice and share with you. An excellent stay.

Every detail — from the artwork and garden to the flooring to the soap, beds, towels and wines — evidences thoughtfulness and care as well as great taste. Yet it is relaxed and unpretentious. We had the top floor room, which looked out on ancient church bells and a watchtower of 1000 years ago.and down into the jewel box courtyard. The owners somehow manage to combine the service levels of a five star hotel with the intimacy of the best B&B. Aigues-Mortes itself is a quiet and peaceful yet lively place that does not feel heavy or theatrical like other medieval towns with intense histories. it’s a great base from which to explore the warm waters and unspoiled beaches of the region (by car or e-bike) as well as the sites and festivals of Montpellier, Nîmes, Avignon and Arles. The restaurants are simple and simply delicious and reveal themselves from inside of hidden magic patios overflowing with vividly colored vegetation and scents of jasmine, wood fired ovens and the sea.

Featuring a garden with a children's playground Le Mas de Mon Pere is a guest house located 9 km from the centre of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. This is a property with several rooms and small apartments in separate houses all in one area, which seems popular with families with dogs as you‘re allowed to bring pets. We enjoyed having an apartment with a big outdoor terrace. Some guests also enjoyed taking photos of birds outdoors on the nearby fields. You can pre-order a small dinner and order drinks on the day. Friendly staff.

in the heart of a 250-hectare provencal farmhouse, in a very family atmosphere, the cavallini manade offers rooms for rent by the night, or gites for 5,4,2 people for weekly rentals or short stays... It is rare to have such a genuine, warm and welcoming experience. We felt home immediately and it is exactly what we needed. Hosts sometimes are overwhelmed, are bored or don’t feel any ownership, here it is the exact opposite and you can only feel good about the welcome smiles, ear and authenticity which makes it so unique.
