It feels cozy. The terrace where you can have breakfast is divine as well. We only had the chance to stay one day but we would gladly have enjoyed it some more. Thank you!

Views unsurpassable. We really enjoyed our restful time at this lovely place . Gaelle was very welcoming and friendly and prepared great evening meals for us . Being Australian and unused to narrow winding roads the road up was a bit challenging however we could not have expected more from the Maison itself . The views, the quietness, the wonderful walks and the very comfortable accommodation was excellent

The road outside the property took straight into Riez and then along the Verdun Gorge, amazing views and spectacular drives.

At the end of a narrow road, you find this gem of a B&B. The rooms are basic, but clean and you have to prepare your own meals in the common but lovely kitchen area. The very best of the stay is the hospitality of Pascal and his wife Nancy who runs the place, the gorgeous view and all the nice people that you meet at breakfast and evening meals. Just outside the doorstep there are lovely trails passning by that are worth trying out.

In France, there is Moustiers Saint Marie and Gorge du Verdon in the Provence area. Heaven on Earth, both places. To be able to stay nearby, you look for a decent place. Sous des Chenes is one such value for money option! Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. The rest was a pleasure. Evguenia and Vladimir and their daughter Maria... and their gorgeous Husky Lyka were extremely warm and welcoming. The rented space is pretty and spic and span and very very comfortable, but the bedroom is a tad tiny. However, we had a car that came right up to the accommodation, so we only carried in the bare essentials. So all went well.
