Great location for La Flotte and the rest of the island. From the lovely welcome to the farewell it was exceptional. Excellent breakfast. Pool was great.

Located in La Couarde-sur-Mer, 500 metres from Plage des Prises, LA MAISON DE LA DUNE - Chambres Climatisées - Jacuzzi 1ère séance offerte - Piscine chauffée avec Abri Amovible - Plage située à 200m,... It was very clean and very well appointed. The pool and garden were lovely and the beach was a short walk. You could also walk to the village easily where there were many restaurants. The owners were fantastic. They helped with recommending places to visit, provided electric bikes for us to rent and even cooked us a lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with fresh bread and croissants, jams, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Thank you Florence and Remy (and Fluffy)! We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Offering a garden and garden view, Ma Chambre d'Amis is set in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, 1.2 km from Plage de la Côte Sauvage and 2 km from Conche des Baleines Beach. The place was cosy and clean, the room was spacious and had everything you need. I totally loved the big window facing the terrace and the dressing table.

A tranquil retreat in an ideal location. The garden was a mini oasis, we could walk to shops and restaurants and in 15 mins be at beautiful beaches. Thoughtfully decorated and appointed and Alex and Arnaud were on hand for any need!

Located 1.4 km from Plage de la Marielle, 2 km from Plage de la Pointe de Grignon and 39 km from La Rochelle Train Station, Les Clés d'Ars features accommodation situated in Ars-en-Ré. Everything, absolutely everything. Its very central location, few steps away from the port, the daily market, the church, and a lovely stroll to the closest beach. The interiors are beautiful decorated, with taste. The patio stays fresh, even during the hottest days we encountered (40C). Breakfast was served there every morning - absolutely delightful: freshly pressed fruit juice, fresh fruit salad, locally sources egg, yogurt and cheeses, bread and pastries, a selection of Frères Mariage teas and freshly brewed coffee, on a served on a table elegantly set. The Hosts are attentive, caring and dedicated to make one’s stay memorable. The room and bathroom were equally beautifully decorated with a great attention to details (products from Aesop), bedsheets in linen, etc. There are only three bedrooms on the property so its feels incredibly exclusive.

Location wise this hotel is second to none, being in the Harbour. from the moment you enter you see the mix of history with considered style and architecture, that works perfectly. If you get chance to small room at the top of the hotel is perfect for seeing the whole of St Martin de Re whilst being able the reflect and relax. An amazing place to stay

Featuring an open-air bath and views of pool, LE LANTERNON is a guest house set in a historic building in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 1 km from La Cible. Le Laternon is a home and an adventure in one. Everywhere you turn you are comforted and delighted by what you see and feel. From the incredible art works on the walls to the perfectly worn wood and finders linens….. it was difficult to tear myself away to venture outside. I imagine coming back in the wintertime. And Autumn, and spring….again and again.
