Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. The location is really close to everything by foot. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, also public transport. The place is comfortable and very clean. It is also quiet so you can also work really well from there. The breakfast was included. It was nice having the breakfast with the other people. It felt like a family.

Stylish, immaculate in every detail, wonderful view complimentary upgrades. A delicious meal and breakfast prepared by our host who is a chef ❤️❤️.

A recently renovated guest house located in Grasse, Un palmier à sa fenêtre features a garden. The breakfast was a delight ! We sat in our hostess’s garden under the shade of her market umbrella at the back of the property and could not help but enjoy her impeccable good taste. The selection of food and the attractive environs that she offered was partly from her experience as a designer but more I believe from her natural warmth and genuine desire to spoil us as her guests. I still keep thinking of our stay and hope very much to return one day to have Sonja treat us once again to her perfumed muslin sheets ! I thought they were just for babies ! But it was Grasse after all ! The living is all done at the back of this lovely old freestanding symmetrical French property and facing on to the garden, where it is quiet away from the road and with some views ( enter through the central iron gates and down the path on the LHS ) we found it easy to walk from the property up the hill a manageable distance to the various attractions of historic Grasse.

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel was a real surprise! The entrance is along a side street, not very easy to find and doesn't look like much - but once inside..... wow! the rooms we had were really big, comfortable and clean and the sea view was just perfect. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant but it looked amazing and we were away too early for breakfast but again, it looked great. Hotel is just over the road from the beach and there is paid parking close by.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. It was lovely small local home accomedation. Poolside was nice, rooms were lovely and breakfast was very good. Location was private and local grocery store were nearby.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. I liked the pool, it was Amazing. The room was beautiful and comfy.

The hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the tram to airport and Nice. Delphine is the perfect host!

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.
